This is a logo I worked on for the 2010 US Census. In the end, another one was chosen, but I thought it was pretty good anyway.

My website has gotten a make-over. I think it looks a lot better. Tell me what you think.

We do an event every year called "September Saturdays" at the Douglas County Courthouse. I was in charge of putting together a commercial to advertise it. Special props to our voice over dude, Wayne Watson, who is the Douglas County Building Maintenance and Project Manager as his day job. This was his first VO.

My feeling is that bad video, graphics, typography, etc., hurts us all. I cringe when I see a really cheesy commercial or a lower third that is so busy you can't pay attention to the rest of the message. On the other hand, I believe that great creative content makes us happier.

This is either a test of this whole website thing or a complete failure on my part. If you can read this, it is a success!
