I worked on this project for a client and they needed a stopwatch in the lower corner of the screen to time how long it took their machine to make a door. In the end, we didn't need it, but I figured I could salvage the work I did on it by giving it away for you guys to use as is or modify to your specifications.

I made the stopwatch itself in Illustrator CS, I believe. It should open fine in newer versions. The animation was done in AE 6.5 using an expression. With a basic knowledge of expressions and Illustrator, you should be able to convert it to a clock, change the colors, speed, etc.
